We’re hiring an Entry Level Bilingual Customer Representative for a full-time, in-person role. If you enjoy working face-to-face with people, solving problems, and building real skills in customer service and sales, this is a great Entry Level opportunity to get started and grow.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them understand their options, set up services, and have a positive experience. We provide full training, so prior experience isn’t required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Bilingual Customer Representative - What You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers, answer questions, and explain services
- Guide customers through new accounts, updates, and enrollment
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Create a welcoming experience by building rapport with customers
- Handle customer concerns and provide clear solutions
- Maintain customer records and process transactions as needed
- Stay informed on current services, promotions, and offerings
- Work with the team to support customer service and sales goals
Bilingual Customer Representative - What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual Spanish/English; English required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow in an Entry Level customer service and sales role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Motivated to develop professionally through training and hands-on experience
