Overview
Beautiful senior living community is seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Director to lead our community maintenance operations with energy and precision.
- Proven management experience in facilities management or multi-family or senior living
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, HVAC, Fire alarm and sprinkler systems, backup generator
- Basic repair skills such as minor carpentry, appliance repair, flooring, furniture repair,
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective leadership and cross-department collaboration
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while maintaining strict safety standard
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of senior living or hospitality maintenance leadership experience.
