Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Assembly Line Workers to join our team at our oil blending and packaging facility. This role is responsible for assisting with the production, filling, labeling, and packaging of blended oil products while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and being part of a team that keeps production running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor assembly line equipment used in oil blending and packaging.
- Fill containers such as bottles, pails, drums, or totes according to production specifications.
- Label, seal, and package finished products for shipment.
- Inspect containers and finished products for leaks, damage, or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with basic equipment setup, cleaning, and changeovers between production runs.
- Record production information such as batch numbers and quantities produced.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly line experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Pass a drug screen and background check
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
