Soft Wash Pros is Eugene's premier exterior cleaning company, and we're growing fast. We're hiring our first dedicated. Outside Sales Representative to drive new business across residential and commercial accounts in Lane County.
This is a hunter role. You'll build relationships, generate your own pipeline, and close deals. We give you the leads to start, the tools to win, and a real path to grow your income as you grow your book.

What You'll Do
- Generate new business through a mix of provided leads and self-prospecting (cold calls, door knocking, follow-up on aged estimates, networking)
- Sell across the board: homeowners, property managers, senior living facilities, multi-unit buildings, and commercial accounts
- Run consultative sales conversations — ask great questions, understand what the client actually wants, and build the solution around it (we'll train you on our process)
- Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM (Jobber) — every lead tracked, nothing falls through the cracks
- Follow up relentlessly: revisit expired estimates, call back old clients, chase the deals other people give up on
- Hit activity and revenue targets that grow over your first year
How the Lead Mix Works
- Months 1–3: Roughly 50% company-provided leads, 50% your own prospecting
- Over time: Shifts toward 25% provided / 75% self-generated as you build your network and pipeline
We're not throwing you to the wolves on day one — but we're hiring someone who can eventually fill their own calendar.
What You'll Earn
- First 3 months: $15/hour base draw (NOT charged against your commission) + full commission on everything you close
- Month 4 onward: Commission-only, with a minimum-wage floor if you fall below threshold
- Commission scales as you produce:
- 12% of contribution margin (lower tier)
- 13.5% (mid tier)
- 15% (top tier)
- Realistic Year 1 earnings: $50,000–$85,000+ — top performers earn more
- Personal vehicle mileage reimbursed
The harder you work and the more you close, the more you make. There is no ceiling.

Experience: 0–5 years of sales experience. We'll train the right person — attitude and work ethic matter more than your résumé.
Required: Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and the drive to win.
