As Branch Manager, you’ll be at the helm of branch operations while inspiring excellence through service, sales, and community connection.
Lead & Inspire
- Coach, develop, and motivate branch staff to perform at their best.
- Create a positive, high‑energy, member‑focused team culture.
- Lead by example—modeling exceptional service, professionalism, and our core values.
Drive Results & Operations
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Maintain strong cash controls and operational integrity.
- Ensure policies, procedures, and training standards are followed consistently.
Wow Our Members
- Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with members.
- Deliver a seamless, welcoming, and solutions‑focused member experience.
Be a Community Champion
- Serve as a visible ambassador for Directions Credit Union.
- Represent the Credit Union at community events, outreach activities, and partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and organizations.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to support financial education, community engagement, and brand awareness efforts.
- Inspire your team to get involved and take pride in serving the community.
