Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner.
- Locate and retrieve products efficiently.
- Use a manual hand jack or electric pallet jack to transport items.
- Build and stage pallets correctly for shipping.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies as needed.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and production standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Position Requirements:
Schedule: Must be available for 5am-1:30pm OT 3:30pm or 4pm-12:30am OT 2:30am with overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, and pull regularly.
Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience: Prior use of an RF scanner and electric pallet jack preferred.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
