Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Car Wash Attendant to support our expanding car wash operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role by helping with daily operations. This position requires hands on skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Weekends is a Must
- Hourly wage, plust tips, plus bonus based on performance.
- Work on various wheather conditions while staying focus and positive at all times.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and answer questions about services.
- Assist customers with transactions at kiosks and process payments.
- Explain different wash packages and upsell additional services.
- Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and assist customers as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of wash bays, vacuum stations, and general facility areas.
- Restock cleaning supplies, towels and other material.
- Perform basic maintenance, and report any equipment malfuctions or safety hazards to a manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in car wash operations or a similar role is preferred.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cleaning and detailing is a plus.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
