Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to capture stunning visual content that highlights the unique features of properties. This role is essential in showcasing homes and commercial spaces through high-quality photography and engaging video production. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, timely and passionate about photography. You will work closely with real estate agents and marketing teams to deliver compelling imagery that accelerates property sales and rentals. Duties
- Capture high-resolution photographs of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal shot composition, lighting, and clarity
- Produce engaging property videos, including walkthroughs, aerial footage using commercial drone operations, and cinematic presentations
- Edit and enhance images using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to ensure vibrant colors and accurate representations
- Conduct post-production editing of videos utilizing Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, and other editing software to craft polished visual stories
- Manage photography lighting equipment and aerial videography flight operations safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, provide art direction, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
- Maintain photography gear, ensure proper image processing workflows, and stay updated on the latest industry trends in visual storytelling
- Must have full frame camera, tripod, gimbal, laptop, reliable car and drivers license.
Experience
- Proven experience in photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating shot composition and professionalism
- Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, along with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro
- Knowledge of photography equipment and techniques for interior and exterior shoots
- Experience operating drones for aerial videography flight operations in compliance with local regulations
- Strong understanding of color management, image processing, photo manipulation, and art direction principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with sales techniques related to marketing visual content for property promotion
