We are a dental practice in Red Bank looking for a photographer to capture candid, documentary-style content in our recently renovated office. The shoot is three hours, on-site, during normal business hours.
This is not a clinical or stock-style shoot. We want real interactions: team members with each other, the doctor with patients, small moments in a space that has been carefully designed. Our building dates to 1918 and the interior renovation was just completed, so architectural and detail shots matter as much as the people.
What we're looking for
- Strong candid and environmental portrait work (please show us this in your portfolio)
- Comfort shooting in available and mixed lighting in interior spaces
- Accurate, natural color rendering, especially skin tones. We are not looking for heavy filters or stylized presets.
- A discreet, low-footprint presence. Patients will be in the office and treatment continues as normal.
- Professional equipment, including fast lenses suited to low-light interiors
Responsibilities
- Review a shot list with our marketing team before the shoot and contribute ideas
- Photograph the office, team, and patient interactions on-site
- Capture both candid moments and a set of planned interior and detail shots
- Edit and deliver final images
Deliverables
- Minimum 60 fully edited high-resolution images
- Delivered within 10 business days of the shoot via Dropbox, Drive, or WeTransfer
- RAW files retained for 90 days and available on request
Requirements
- Client receives full, perpetual, unlimited commercial usage rights (social media, website, print, and paid advertising)
- Sign a standard photography agreement and a patient confidentiality acknowledgment before the shoot
- Photographer may not publish or post any images without written approval
- Reliable transportation to Red Bank, NJ
- Liability insurance preferred
