The Senior Preconstruction Manager - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Leading preconstruction and estimating efforts for large-scale commercial construction projects from conceptual budgeting through final pricing.
- Collaborating with project teams, owners, architects, engineers, and executive leadership to developing accurate estimates and project strategies.
- Evaluating plans, specifications, scopes, and subcontractor proposals while identifying cost-saving opportunities and project risks.
- Managing bid processes, subcontractor outreach, and pricing exercises to ensuring competitive project delivery.
- Supporting CM at Risk (CMAR) and negotiated project pursuits through developing budgets, value engineering solutions, and cost models.
- Partnering with operations teams to ensuring smooth project transitions from preconstruction into execution.
