As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Childwise ABA, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based services that promote independence, confidence, and overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
- Implementing treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Collecting and recording data during therapy sessions
- Teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Supporting positive behavior development and skill acquisition
- Collaborating with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals

Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technicians
- $18–$22 per hour
- Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
- Monday–Friday schedules available
- Weekend opportunities available
- 15–40 hours per week, depending on position and availability
Qualifications for Behavior Technicians
- No ABA experience required – paid training provided
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
