Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests via phone or in person with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages according to established standards and safety guidelines
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with food safety regulations
- Deliver orders promptly to guest rooms while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent guest relations
- Assist with basic meal preparation, including assembling orders and setting up trays or carts for delivery
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and organizing supplies
- Support kitchen staff as needed by providing assistance with food prep or restocking supplies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is highly preferred; culinary or hotel experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and basic math for order accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Basic understanding of food preparation, meal assembly, and serving techniques
