Job Summary
The Jackson country Club is seeking friendly, detail-oriented Servers to join our food and beverage team. This position is ideal for individuals who like to take pride in providing outstanding service in an upscale, member-focused environment. As a server, you will ensure members and guests enjoy a high-quality dining experience from start to finish.
Duties
- Greet members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver meals and drinks promptly, following club service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before, during and after service.
- Ensure knowledge of all menu items, including specials, ingredients and preparation methods.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Handle payments, operate POS system, and ensure proper billing.
- Support events such as weddings, banquets, and tournaments as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Experience
- Prior serving experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or private club setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be 17 years or older

- Familiarity with POS systems
