Maid to Achieve Cleaning Services is expanding our services and is looking for an experienced Water Restoration Supervisor to help launch and lead our new Water Restoration Division.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with extensive water damage restoration experience who wants to build a department from the ground up. We're looking for a motivated leader who can help establish procedures, train team members, and deliver exceptional service to our residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential and commercial water restoration projects from start to finish.
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, moisture monitoring, demolition, and restoration procedures.
- Develop and implement processes and standard operating procedures for the restoration division.
- Train, mentor, and supervise restoration technicians.
- Ensure all work meets company standards and industry best practices.
- Maintain restoration equipment, vehicles, and inventory.
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance representatives, and team members.
- Participate in occasional emergency and after-hours restoration calls.

Pay
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Pay is negotiable for highly qualified candidates with extensive water restoration experience
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in water damage restoration is required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification is preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proof of vehicle insurance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willing to work throughout the Northwest Ohio region.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willing to train in Defiance or Paulding for 1–2 weeks, if needed.
- Professional, dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
