Monroe Restoration is looking for an experienced Restoration Estimator to inspect losses, develop scopes of work, guide customers through the restoration process, and help drive reconstruction projects from initial inspection through successful completion.
This is not an entry-level position.
We're looking for someone with construction, restoration, insurance, or estimating experience who can build trust with homeowners, communicate professionally, and take ownership of customer outcomes.
If you've successfully managed customer relationships, documented losses, developed scopes, coordinated with operations teams, and understand residential construction, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Do
- Conduct property inspections following water, fire, storm, and other property losses
- Identify damage and develop accurate scopes of work
- Capture detailed documentation, measurements, photos, and notes
- Communicate with homeowners, insurance professionals, and internal teams
- Set clear expectations and guide customers through the restoration process
- Coordinate project handoffs with reconstruction and operations teams
- Manage multiple active customers and projects simultaneously
- Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction through project completion
- Help drive profitable reconstruction opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, insurance, estimating, project management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check

- Restoration estimating experience
- Xactimate experience
- Insurance restoration experience
- Reconstruction estimating experience
- Experience working within an EOS organization
