The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance requests are completed. Perform maintenance related repairs, assist when necessary, and make vacant apartments ready for move-in. Ensure completion of all resident work orders. In general, Maintenance Technician should have a good level of knowledge and experience in the following areas: Plumbing, Painting, Drywall Repair, Electrical and Customer Service.
The ideal candidate must be out-going, friendly, and reliable, possess 1-2 years experience, and should also be available to work weekdays. Must be responsible for taking calls for after-hours emergency maintenance.
