What You'll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and meet with homeowners
- Introduce homeowners to Vantage Windows and current promotions
- Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team
- Track appointments using your smartphone
- Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
Compensation
- Weekly pay
- New team members typically earn $2,000–$3,000/month
- Most representatives earn $5,000–$9,000/month
- Top performers earn $10,000+/month
- Highest-performing setter earned $25,000 in one month
