We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Parts Manager to help lead our Parts Department and support our continued growth.
As the Assistant Parts Manager, you will work alongside the Parts Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department. You will help ensure technicians and customers receive the right parts quickly and accurately while maintaining proper inventory levels, supporting wholesale and retail operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This position is ideal for someone with automotive parts experience who is looking to advance into a leadership role with opportunities for long-term career growth.
- Assist with the daily operations of the Parts Department
- Support inventory management, stocking, ordering, and returns
- Assist technicians, Service Advisors, and retail customers with parts requests
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor inventory levels
- Help manage wholesale and retail parts sales
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking incoming inventory
- Support the Parts Manager in meeting departmental goals and profitability
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient Parts Department
$80,000+ annually based on experience and performance

- Previous automotive dealership parts experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory control, and dealership operations
- Experience with dealership management systems and manufacturer parts catalogs preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license required
