As a barista at Coffiyeh, you're not just making coffee, you're setting the tone for every guest who walks through the door. We're a specialty coffee house rooted in care, tradition, and meaningful connection. This is a place where your craft is taken seriously and your presence matters.
We're looking for people who bring consistency, warmth, and attention to detail to every shift.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience in a specialty or high-volume café setting
- Solid espresso fundamentals — dialing in, milk texture, drink consistency
- A genuine hospitality mindset and comfort engaging with guests
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
- Ability to stay composed and quality-focused during busy rushes
- Interest in learning and growing within a thoughtful coffee program
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and drip coffee to a consistent standard
- Welcome and serve guests with care and attentiveness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Communicate with teammates and contribute to a positive team environment
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
