Job Overview
APS is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in office and support the organization, while providing direct assistance to Operations and the Sales Team ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Projects would include Security & Fire Station Alerting Customers.
This is an in-person position that would require a daily presence at the office.
As a secondary role, the PM will also have opportunities to pursue and help the sales team by pursuing leads, preparing estimates, and attending sales conferences.
Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Supporting the coordination and management of projects
- Utilize the APS Sales Process
- Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Complete any tasks assigned in a timely manner
- Work directly with upper management and the sales team to help implement project goals
- Oversee various aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to provide timely project execution, including site visits when feasible
- Collaborate with end-user project lead(s) and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy
- Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
- Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
- Pursue, manage, and maintain service contracts for our security and FHA products
- Pursue active sales leads, seeing the job from start to finish, utilizing processes mentioned above
Project Manager Skills:
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
- 1-3 years of experience in project management and administrative assistance
- Proficiency in the Office 365 Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Microsoft Vizio experience
- QuickBooks Online experience

Salary is based on experience. Sales commission will be awarded based on sale performance.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
