We are currently seeking a personable, motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team at The Blake at Panama City Beach. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with others, supporting meaningful transitions, and helping seniors and families discover a place they can truly call home.

Primary Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator
- Discover the needs of prospective residents or their families and match those needs with community services and offerings
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to review sales objectives and plan strategies to meet budgeted goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare partners to generate qualified referrals
- Support and participate in monthly lead-generating events
- Conduct competitive analysis visits to understand market differentiators and strengthen the community’s value proposition
- Conduct engaging, informative tours of the community for prospective residents and families
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales and other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience
Requirements
Education & Experience
- A caring heart and genuine desire to serve others
- College degree with a minimum of three years of sales experience (preferred)
- Two years of successful sales and marketing experience in senior living or the healthcare industry (preferred)
- Proficiency with cloud ‑based systems, document management portals, web browsing, Outlook/email, and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Demonstrated sales closing skills with proven success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
