SUMMARY
The Miscel Bagger is responsible for creating baggable, sellable items from donated goods and ensuring these items are properly merchandised on the sales floor. This role supports store presentation standards and provides customer service when needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Sort and identify donated items suitable for bagging and sale.
Create bagged merchandise according to store guidelines and pricing standards.
Transport and stock bagged items on the sales floor in designated areas.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of bagged merchandise.
Assist customers courteously and professionally when approached.
Keep the sales floor and production area clean and safe.
Maintain a well-groomed appearance and appropriate dress code, including a name badge and vest.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Refer all customer complaints to management in a timely manner.
Follow Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) procedures and other Public Protection Guidelines.
React calmly and respond to emergency situations.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
