We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Pest Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for expanding our pest control services through proactive inside sales efforts, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We provide paid training. Our commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail is what makes the difference. Responsibilities
- Build value with inbound Pest leads received and close the sales
- Conduct direct sales activities including cold calling, scheduling Healthy Home Inspections, and follow-up with company provided leads.
- Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with customers after initial service to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals or upselling opportunities are maximized.
- Present tailored pest and termite solutions to clients, demonstrating technical knowledge and product benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inspections, and sales activities using company CRM like Field Routes.
- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in pest control, home services, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to build value, address concerns, and confidently ask for the sale.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, inside sales, and territory management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in retail sales or technical sales related to pest control or similar industries is advantageous but not required.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable, detail-oriented, and show up consistently

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
