Filiberto's Mexican Fast Food is hiring a Full-Time Cook / Planchero to join our team! We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in preparing high-quality Mexican food.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items on the grill and flat top (plancha)
- Ensure food is prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or planchero is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts
