Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Neighborhood Marketing Representative to help grow our presence throughout Broward County.
This is not a high-pressure sales position. Your primary responsibility is to introduce homeowners to Roofworks, educate them about our complimentary drone roof inspections, and schedule appointments for our Roofing Consultants. No roofing experience is required—we provide all the training you need.

Duties
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods throughout Broward County.
- Professionally introduce homeowners to Roofworks and our services.
- Offer complimentary Drone Roof Health Reports.
- Schedule appointments for Roofing Consultants.
- Distribute door hangers and marketing materials.
- Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details.
- Represent the Roofworks brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment goals.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working independently.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Ability to walk several miles per day in outdoor conditions.
- Professional appearance and punctuality.
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and some Saturdays.

Compensation
- Base pay: $22/hour
- Performance bonuses available
- Top performers can earn $25–30+/hour with bonuses
- Advancement opportunities into roofing sales with six-figure earning potential
Schedule
- Part-time
- 20–30 hours per week
- Monday–Friday afternoons and evenings
- Some Saturdays
