Join the HoneyBaked Ham Team!
HoneyBaked Ham is looking for a dependable, hardworking Year-Round Associate to join our team. While this position will assist in all areas of the store, the primary focus will be production, including preparing, glazing, and handling our signature hams and turkeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Glaze and prepare hams, turkeys, and other products to HoneyBaked standards
- Safely work with open flames, hot equipment, and hot food products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production area
- Assist customers at the sales counter as needed
- Support retail operations, stocking, cleaning, and other store tasks
- Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds regularly
- Comfortable with frequent bending, reaching, standing, and physical activity throughout the shift
- Able to safely handle fire, hot equipment, and very hot food items
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
