Job Description:
All Florida Yacht Sales is expanding again, and we are searching for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Consignment Lot/Dealership Inventory Assistant Manager. If you are highly motivated, dedicated, and take pride in maintaining a high-quality environment, this role is for you!
We’re looking for candidates who are ready to show us what they’re capable of and take on the level of responsibility this facility demands.
The position begins with a 30-day probationary period at $500 per week. Once we see that you can carry the workload, pay will increase every 30 days based on performance and the trust built during that time.
- After the first 30 days: $750/week
- After the second 30 days: $850/week

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Oversee the daily management of dealership inventory, including new boats arriving on the lot.
- Lot Maintenance: Ensure the dealership grounds are well-maintained and organized daily.
- Vessel Care: Wash and maintain the cleanliness of vessels stored on the lot.
- Boat Movement: Move boats for presentations and showings, ensuring they are displayed effectively.
- Service Coordination: Make service appointments as needed and ensure they are followed through.
- Agent Support: Assist agents with their daily needs, including preparing boats for deliveries, showings, and sea trials.
Qualifications:
- General experience with boats is required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary (pickup truck preferred).
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
Compensation Package:
- Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000 per year
- Bonus Opportunities- list and sell boats, assist with transports, and potentially captain boats once reliability has been proven
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekends and holidays as needed
