Easton Grey Studio is a residential architecture, interior design, and construction firm specializing in high-end renovations throughout Manhattan. We provide an integrated project approach, managing every aspect of a project from concept through completion.
We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our design and construction teams while helping keep our studio running smoothly.
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in the successful delivery of our projects by coordinating procurement, supporting project documentation, managing building submission packages, and assisting with day-to-day studio operations. This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement of finish materials, fixtures, furnishings, and specialty products.
- Review specifications and purchase orders for accuracy prior to ordering.
- Obtain vendor pricing, prepare quote requests, track orders, and coordinate deliveries.
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, damages, and warranty claims.
- Prepare, organize, and manage building submission packages and project documentation.
- Maintain procurement logs, project tracking documents, and internal records.
- Answer incoming calls, monitor shared inboxes, and conduct preliminary client intake calls.
- Track prospective clients and opportunities within the firm's CRM.
- Order office supplies and provide general administrative support to the studio.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, procurement, architecture, interior design, construction, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Preferred
- Experience with luxury residential architecture, interior design, or construction.
- Familiarity with finish materials, building submissions, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
