Duties
- Supervise and manage the indoor playground area, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed at all times.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance on guest service, safety procedures, and operational tasks.
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff coverage to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate special events and themed activities to enhance guest engagement and promote repeat visits.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the play area and surrounding facilities.
- Manage operational tasks such as cash handling, report writing, and inventory management using Microsoft Office tools.
Experience
- Proven experience in supervising or managing staff within an entertainment venue or hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated ability in event management and coordinating activities that boost guest engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and staff supervision.
- Familiarity with operations management including shift management, budgeting, and guest services.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite for report writing and administrative tasks.
- Previous experience in indoor playgrounds, resort settings, or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as First Aid and CPR are preferred; supervisory or managerial experience is a plus.
