Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and sanitation of all Front of House areas prior to daily service. This role ensures that the restaurant environment, including dining areas, restrooms, windows, and exterior spaces is guest-ready, polished, and aligned with the Company’s standards of excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sanitation & Cleaning
- Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of all Front of House floors, including dining room and entry areas
- Clean and polish all windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Dust and wipe all shelves, fixtures, and decorative elements
- Clean and sanitize all tables, chairs, and guest-facing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms, ensuring supplies are fully stocked
- Clean and maintain outdoor patio areas, including tables and chairs
- Ensure all areas meet Company cleanliness and presentation standards prior to service
Opening Readiness
- Complete all assigned opening cleaning tasks before service begins
- Conduct walkthrough of FOH spaces to ensure guest readiness
- Report any maintenance or cleanliness concerns to management
Operational Support
- Assist FOH team with maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift as needed
- Support light restocking of FOH supplies (napkins, paper goods, restroom items)
- Dispose of trash and recycling as needed, maintaining clean waste areas
- Follow Company cleaning checklists and protocols
Professionalism & Teamwork
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Demonstrate reliability and consistency in completing daily responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Maintain professional appearance and hygiene in accordance with Company standards
Essential Functions
- Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Perform duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Maintain general knowledge of the restaurant layout, service flow, and management team
- Participate in staff trainings and Company meetings or events as required
- Ensure strict compliance with sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
