Now Hiring: Quality Control (Computer Assembly)
We are currently hiring Quality Control (QC) associates through our staffing agency in La Puente for a computer assembly company.
If you have basic computer knowledge and enjoy working with technology, this is a great opportunity. Previous QC experience is a plus, but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect completed computer towers to ensure all components have been assembled correctly.
- Verify that cables, hardware, and parts are installed properly according to company standards.
- Connect each computer to a testing station and run diagnostic software to confirm the system powers on and functions correctly.
- Identify hardware or assembly issues and report them for correction.
- Perform visual inspections for missing parts, loose connections, or cosmetic defects.
- Follow quality control procedures and accurately document test results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while meeting production goals.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge (RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, power supply, etc.).
- Comfortable using a computer and learning testing software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Training & Schedule:
- Training is provided on 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).
- After successfully completing training (typically within a few days), employees will be transferred to 2nd Shift on a permanent basis.
Pay: $18.00 - $18.25 per hour
