BronxCare is seeking a Nursing Performance Improvement manager who, under the leadership of the Assistant Vice President of Patient Cares Services and the Director of Nursing Performance Improvement , Nursing Performance Improvement Coordinator the will assist in strengthening the department’s hospital-wide quality outcomes, reporting, and improvement activities. S/he will independently develop and manage programs to comply with an increasing number of internal and external reporting mandates and improvement initiatives.
The Nursing Performance Improvement Coordinator is responsible for data collection, analysis, display, interpretation, and reporting to a wide range of clinical, administrative, and executive leaders. S/he will provide leadership, management, and facilitation for assigned clinical programs.
The Nursing Performance Improvement Coordinator must be able to coordinate programs and improvement activities independently across multiple operational departments concurrently and serves as a highly visible, energetic champion of quality throughout the organization.

Job Requirements:
· Progressive Leadership experience in Nursing Administration
· Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and innovative programs.
· Experience in developing a PI Plan, analyzing data and change implementation.
· NYS Registered Nursing License and Registration
· Masters Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational facility
