What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and comprehensively treatment plan patient needs
- Perform general dentistry (restorative, crowns, extractions, etc.)
- Experience or training in advanced procedures is a major plus (implants, surgical extractions, endo, Ortho, clear aligners, etc.)
- Confidently present and explain treatment to patients
- Take ownership of cases and deliver high-quality outcomes

What We’re Looking For
- DDS/DMD with active Texas license
- Strong clinical foundation and attention to detail
- Comfortable with treatment planning and case presentation
- Motivated, growth-oriented, and accountable
- Experience or training in advanced procedures is a major plus (implants, surgical extractions, endo, Ortho, clear aligners, etc.)
Schedule: Part-time Or Full Time (flexible)
Compensation
- High daily guarantee + production-based compensation
- Compensation is flexible based on the clinical skill, treatment planning ability, and production
