Responsibilities

- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs, offer recommendations, and upsell retail products effectively
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry
- Skilled in hair coloring techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment at all times
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining excellent service standards
