About the role
Camelback Toyota is Arizona's #1 volume Toyota dealer and the #1 used car department in the entire Berkshire Hathaway automotive portfolio. We're growing our pre-owned team and looking for a motivated, people-first sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in auto sales is highly preferred — you'll hit the ground running with a well-stocked inventory and one of the strongest customer traffic counts in the state.
What you'll do
Greet and qualify customers
Welcome customers onto the lot, listen to their needs, and guide them toward the right vehicle based on budget, lifestyle, and preferences.
Present and demonstrate inventory
Walk customers through vehicle features, history, and value. Conduct professional test drives that build confidence and excitement.
Negotiate and close deals
Work with managers on pricing, trade-in values, and financing options. Guide customers through the full purchase process and close confidently.
Follow up with leads and prospects
Maintain contact with internet leads, phone inquiries, and be-backs through consistent, professional outreach. Build a pipeline that fuels long-term income.
Deliver a 5-star customer experience
Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction, generate referrals, and build a loyal book of repeat business. Google reviews matter here.
Hit monthly sales targets
Track your own performance, stay motivated, and work with our management team to meet or exceed monthly unit and gross profit goals.
Manage CRM and paperwork
Keep your customer records accurate and up to date in our CRM system. Complete deal documentation properly and on time.
Stay sharp on product knowledge
Attend team meetings, manufacturer trainings, and lot walks to stay current on inventory, market pricing, and competitive offerings.
