- Present daily specials and answer questions in a way that builds excitement
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and seamlessly
- Be the bridge between kitchen and guest, ensuring every dish arrives exactly as it should
- Assist with and narrate the finishing presentations that make Steelbach unforgettable
- Process checks and payments with efficiency and a warm close to the experience
- Pitch in wherever needed — great teams don't have blind spots
What You'll Bring
- Strong working knowledge of the full menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials
- Familiarity with wine pairings and ability to speak knowledgeably about wine and beverage offerings
- Thorough understanding of common food allergies and cross-contamination protocols
- Previous experience required serving in a fast-paced, upscale, high-volume restaurant
- Must have open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
