Position Overview
JAKS Logistics is hiring dependable Delivery Drivers to join our FedEx Ground team in Barrington, NJ. This is a full-time position delivering packages to residential and business customers throughout the local delivery area.
Drivers are responsible for safely operating a company-provided vehicle, delivering packages efficiently, and providing professional customer service.
Pay
- $125–$275 per day
- Pay is based on route size and total completed stops
- Weekly pay

Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
- Deliver packages safely, accurately, and on time
- Load and unload packages
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Follow all company and safety procedures
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Maintain an efficient delivery pace throughout the route
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Selected candidates will complete the company’s standard pre-employment screening process, including a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 150 lbs
- Dolly provided for larger packages
- Ability to repeatedly lift, bend, walk, and enter/exit a delivery vehicle throughout the day
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
- Ability to maintain an average pace of approximately 1 stop every 3 minutes
Schedule
- Full-Time
- 5 days per week
- 2 days off per week
- Start time: 8:00 AM
- Average shift: approximately 8 hours
- Average route: approximately 150 stops and 50 miles per day
- During peak season, 6-day workweeks may be required with flexible scheduling
