Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled baker/prep cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food service and possess a strong understanding of food safety. You will help with preparing dough, slicing meats, and prep other items. We are hiring for 1 full time position and 1 part time position.
Duties
- Prepare and bake according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to prepare efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
