CSCI is hiring a mission‑focused Security professional to support Special Access Program (SAP) operations in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. The candidate must have a current TS/SCI Clearance.
This position is on-site, Monday-Friday. The primary duty location will be in Springfield.
Responsibilities:
- Support SAP program execution and compliance
- Maintain personnel, information, and physical security requirements
- Conduct access control, incident response, and facility protection
- Support briefings, training, SOPs, and security documentation
- Assist with audits, inspections, and record management
Required Qualifications:
- US Citizenship
- Current TS/SCI clearance (SSBI within 5 years)
- 5+ years DoD security experience
- 3–5 years SAP or SCI experience
- SPO certification; JADS/JADE familiarity
- Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in security or business
- SFPC certification (optional)

- Applicants are required to have, at a minimum, a TOP SECRET (TS) clearances with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years.

Compensation
Compensation at CSCI is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. While monetary compensation is important, it’s just one component of CSCI’s total compensation package.
