Join St. Francis Hospital, New York State's only specialty designated cardiac center, as a clinical Nurse in the Cardiac Heart Center Operating Room. The High-Tech Hybrid Cardiac Operating Room includes six new rooms equipped with the latest technological tools and a new post-anesthesia care unit.
Job Details:
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for RNs with 2+ Years of Cardiac RN Experience*
- Prorated according to FTE
Full Time and Part Time Roles Available on Day, Evening, and Night Shifts
Our Cardiac Operating Room (OR) RNs:
-
Circulate and scrub in a variety of surgeries including general, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic trauma, plastics, robotic, pediatrics, etc.

Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, surgeons, anesthesiologists, registered nurses (RN), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Advocate for patients through safety intervention and support.
What You'll Bring:

Passion for Cardiac Perioperative Services
-
1+ years of Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) experience, Cardiac OR experience preferred.

Completion of a Periop 101 course or equivalent perioperative fellowship/residency

Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree

Will consider Associates Degree if enrolled in an accredited BSN program

Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration

Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required, CNOR preferred
Posted Salary Range: USD $54.48 - USD $82.03 /Hr. :
