We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. We are
currently seeking a high-energy team player to assist the Store Manager and become a leader at the Cisco College - Abilene campus location.

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
- All cash register operations and perform daily cash count tasks including monthly billing and payment processing
- Assume responsibilities over all general merchandise ordering, checking in, receiving, SKU requests, mark down operations and stocking the sales floor
- Assume responsibilities over all Text merchandise checking in, receiving and stocking the sales floor
- Assist with employee recruiting, hiring, training and following up on employee service performance
- Must be able to lift (50) fifty to (70) seventy pounds throughout shift
- Will engage with the public and campus administration and must be able to interact in a tactful manner
Customer Service Manager Qualifications:
- 1 year of prior retail experience required- Campus store, Big box, Discount, Department store or Specialty retailing
- Prior cash register experience, closing and opening functions
- Must be able to pass a credit and criminal background check
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook is preferred
- High School diploma or eq. required, some college preferred
