Intervene during a breakdown or power dip in the Cold End, Vap and Decorating Departments
Restart lehrs, single lines and maxon valves in case of power dips
Set up single line, packing line, labeler and case coder to assigned gauge
Preventative maintenance on conveyors and robots
Change cameras on the DRB for job changes
Preheat lehr for job start-up
Assist the hot end shift electro mechanic in case of necessity
Use typical mechanic’s tools and inspection gages.
Use hoist, cranes, hand tools and power tools to dismantle and reassemble parts and or machines.
Clean, inspect and diagnoses equipment or part failures to determine root cause.
Assist and train others less experienced co-workers when needed.
Complete routine paperwork and computer work as required.
Operate equipment to assure satisfactory performance.
Keep equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Service tape machines, vision, laser, plug gauger, robots, and MSK as needed.
