The role focuses on providing hands-on execution support for FR2052a production, ensuring data used for regulatory reporting is well-controlled and traceable. The candidate will manage and lead other Business Analysts on the team, adhering to governance models and documenting controls across various stakeholders.
Senior Business Systems Analyst, Capital Markets Treasury- FR2052a Production - Responsibilities:
- Run the FR 2052a production process, including source-to-report mappings and key calculations.
- Write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for technology.
- Ensure version control and audit-ready evidence.
- Partner with data owners, SMEs, and technology teams for accurate reporting.
- Map processes to governance and controls.
- Investigate data issues with Technology, Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Data Management teams.
- Manage successful submission of daily 2052a by other team members.
Senior Business Systems Analyst, Capital Markets Treasury- FR2052a Production - Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, or Finance within a banking environment.
- Direct hands-on experience with FR2052a report production.
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end report production.
- Experience documenting business requirements and process improvements.
- Demonstrated experience leading and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- 5+ years of experience in a lead role managing successful task execution.
Senior Business Systems Analyst, Capital Markets Treasury- FR2052a Production – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with other regulatory liquidity reports.
- Ability to analyze new products and business initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and balance sheet activities.
- Familiarity with SQL, data warehouses, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
- Experience supporting regulatory examinations or audits.
Senior Business Systems Analyst, Capital Markets Treasury- FR2052a Production – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to FTE.
