ONE HOLDING is hiring CDL-A OTR DRIVER — up to $3850 WEEKLY
PAY MATCH GUARANTEE:

Positions:
TEAM OTR DRIVERS (Mile Pay Partners) Choose your Pay:
- Up to $1.10 CPM (2+ years CDL-A experience with a clean driving record) which equals Up to $3,850 per driver per week (based on experience)
- 35% of Gross Revenue (qualified teams) Choose your own loads and receive Rate Confirmations , best for someone who wants to be Owner and Lease Operator in near future
- Fixed Salary up to $2,700 per week (2+ years CDL-A experience; terms and conditions apply)
Owner Solo and Team Operators and Lease TEAM Operators
- Just 12% Dispatch Fee
- Freightliner Trucks
- Walk-away lease (no purchase obligation)
- Consistent dry-van freight
SOLO Drivers
- 75 cents per mile ( Limited Positions)
- Or 30% Gross Revenue
- Minimum 2 Years CDL -A experience
Routes & Freight
- 32-state operating network
- No mountain states: CO, MT, WY, UT, NV, ID, ND, SD, NE, KS, IA, ME, New York City
- WA / OR / CA optional (driver preference)
- No forced dispatch
- Dry van, lightweight freight
PAY TYPE:
- 1099 position
- Weekly direct deposit
Requirements
- Team main driver: 12 months CDL-A experience
- Team Co-driver: 3+ months CDL-A experience
- Solo Driver = minimum 2 years Experience
- No DUI or reckless driving
- Maximum 1 preventable accident for last 3 years
- Must pass road test and DOT drug test
