We are seeking a reliable, energetic Medical Assistant with hormone therapy and lab experience. The ideal candidate is confident with injections, phlebotomy, and lab operations, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Administer IM and subcutaneous injections accurately
- Perform phlebotomy and process blood samples
- Prepare and send out lab orders
- Maintain quality control and compliance for in-house lab operations
- Assist the clinician during consultations and patient follow-ups
- Maintain clean, organized treatment and lab areas
- Provide friendly, efficient patient service and support
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience (men’s health or hormone clinic preferred)
- Experience with phlebotomy, injections, and lab protocols
- Understanding of hormone optimization or wellness medicine a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional attitude
