SF Aesthetics MedSpa is experiencing exciting growth! After successfully serving clients in New Lenox, Bourbonnais, and Manhattan, we are now expanding our reach into Joliet, Shorewood, and Plainfield. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Injector (RN) who wants to grow with a thriving, patient-focused organization and help us bring exceptional aesthetic and wellness services to more communities.
MedSpa/Aesthetics experience is required.
Position Overview
This part-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced aesthetic provider who is passionate about cosmetic medicine, committed to outstanding patient outcomes, and enjoys building long-term client relationships in a professional, upscale environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong injectable experience, exceptional bedside manner, and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly expanding medical aesthetics practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Services
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including:
- Neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®, etc.)
- Dermal Fillers
- PRP Treatments
- IV Therapy
- Perform or assist with additional aesthetic services offered by the practice, including:
- Body Contouring
- Morpheus8
- CO2 Laser Treatments
- Laser Hair Removal
- Other advanced aesthetic procedures
Patient Care & Consultation
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments
- Develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and expectations
- Educate patients on treatment options, products, procedures, and aftercare
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor
Compliance & Operations
- Maintain accurate patient charting and documentation within the EMR system
- Ensure compliance with all medical, legal, and clinic standards
- Assist with inventory management and treatment room organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Growth & Community Engagement
- Participate in business development initiatives and community networking events
- Support social media engagement and brand awareness efforts
- Stay current on industry trends, research, and emerging aesthetic techniques through continuing education
QualificationsRequired
- Active and unrestricted Illinois RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of aesthetic injectable experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience administering:
- Dermal Fillers
- Botulinum Toxin Treatments
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
- Experience working in a MedSpa or aesthetic practice environment
- Proficiency with EMR systems
