Our Team is looking for a full-time
Floor Technician in the Columbus area.
Key Tasks:

Floor Care Work: Carpet,Cleaning, Tile floor care (auto scrub, strip/wax, buffing, etc)

Fill-In Cleaning
-
Project Work - Exterior window cleaning, Construction clean-ups, Tenant move-out cleaning, etc.
Responsibilities:
-
Check-in daily with supervisor to confirm (s) and vehicles
-
Complete work as assigned (example - 1 -person job versus 2-person job)
-
Take before and after pictures on the Orange QC Job Report
-
Communicate any problems as they occur with supervisor (floor issues, access issues, equipment issues)
-
Communicate with the supervisors and managers for building access, as needed
-
Use of company vehicles bases on equipment needs
-
Sign-out and -in vehicles each time and report any issues with the vehicles to your supervisor, when noticed.

Sign-out and -in keys to the key box or return to supervisors
-
Tag broken equipment with detail regarding the problem
-
Correction of customer complaints, as directed by supervisor (Orange QC)

Assist with fill-in cleaning
Compensation:
-
Pay - $18.00 - $20.00/Hour ($37,440- $41,600 per year if working 40-hour work weeks)

Hours - 40/week
-
90-day waiting period for health care. If consistently meet 40 hours/week threshold at the end of 90 days will become eligible for company Company-sponsored health care program.

401K - Eligible after 1 year and workin 1,000 hours.
