Responsibilities

- Utilize advanced spreadsheets and financial software tools for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting purposes.
- Support real estate analysis by evaluating property investments, lease terms, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investment management strategies and portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial analysis, including constructing detailed financial models and performing quantitative analysis.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial concepts, and the interpretation of financial statements.
- Knowledge of real estate financial markets, asset management, and investment banking is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Background in finance-related fields such as finance services, investment management or real estate analysis preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; advanced certifications are a plus.
Pay: $32,040.04 - $53,144.99 per year
