Position Overview: In this position you will be responsible for the checking the accuracy of prescribed diet order, overseeing the patient tray line and ensuring quality control of food and clinical accuracy of the tray. May also be asked to do a variety of duties in support of the department, such as printing menus, running census sheets for updates and monitoring the telephone.

- Validation of high school diploma or equivalent preferred, but will consider previous related work experience.
Job Requirements:
- Must have MCHD Food Handlers Card.
- Must be able to follow policies & procedures.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must present self in professional manner.
- Must be willing to be cross trained.
- Must be a team player.
