Now hiring an experienced Property Manager for a LIHTC (Tax Credit) apartment community in Huron, CA! Put your Section 42 compliance and leadership skills to work.
What you'll do:
- Oversee daily operations and lead the on-site team
- Manage leasing, waitlists, income certifications, and annual recertifications
- Keep tenant files accurate and audit-ready for Tax Credit compliance
- Handle rent collection, resident relations, and vendor coordination
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years managing LIHTC / Tax Credit properties
- Knowledge of Section 42 income certification and recertification
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, OneSite)
- TCS, C3P, or HCCP certification a plus
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Split Community
Pay: $24.00-$25.00/hour, paid weekly
